  4. 5 mile paddle traversing scenic Lake Francis and ending at the town of Pittsburg Paddling
  5. 6 miles of steady uphill mountain biking into the Clarksville highlands Mountain Biking
  6. 5 mile trail run around the Diamond Ponds and into Coleman State Park Trail Running
  7. 9 miles through the trails of the secluded Balsams Wilderness -- this is prime moose terrain! Trail Running
  8. 3 mile mountain run, up and over the summit at Table Rock Trail Running
  9. 14 mile mountain bike ride, including the staggering climb over Kelsey Notch Pass on rocky jeep trails Mountain Biking
  10. 8 mile mountain bike ride, mostly downhill, into the town of Colebrook, NH Mountain Biking
  11. 3 mile final trail run up to the ridge overlooking the town of Colebrook, and then back down to the the finish line in the valley below Trail Running
